Wholesale Club Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Wholesale Club you agree to be bound by the following:

1. You agree to pay $49.99 per year as membership dues. This amount will automatically be billed to your choice of payment options on the anniversary date of your membership. These dues are not refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be given for any reason (except credit card fraudulent use). In exchange for your membership dues you will receive unlimited purchasing power for new firearms at $1 over wholesale cost plus Shipping and Handling (if any), discounts on all other merchandise and services provided by us, and a monthly newsletter.

2. All pricing given in advertisements and quotes is “cash pricing.” All items purchased with a credit card, BidPay, GearPay, or any method other than cash, check, or money order, will incur a 3% surcharge. This is designed to reflect the “cash discount” our advertising displays. We must pay the credit card companies a percentage of each sale - we must recoup this fee in order to refrain from losing money.

3. We DO NOT control pricing of special order items. Our wholesalers can change the price of any item at any time. Our quotes for special order merchandise are valid until the prices are changed by our wholesalers. Thus, no quote is binding on us until the money has been received in full by us to purchase the items. Similarly, not every items is available all the time. Special kits, promotional items, etc., may or may not be available. We will offer to backorder or cancel out of stock merchandise, or we may offer to purchase the item from a different wholesaler at the same or different price.

4. All firearms must ship to a valid FFL. There are no exceptions to this rule. No firearm or knife will be shipped internationally. All FFLs will be verified by the ATF prior to shipment.

5. Wyoming residents must pay sales tax according to their county of residence. Non-Wyoming customers may or may not be liable for sales tax due in their locale, and are required to check locally for such restrictions. We are not responsible for any taxes due outside the state of Wyoming.

6. Standard handgun shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Standard long gun shipping is UPS Ground. If other services are desired, please request them. Shipping quotes will reflect these two services unless otherwise noted.

7. The membership purchased is designed to be used by one (1) household. No group membership is allowed. All firearms will be sold to the named member + one other adult, if desired. Example: John Smith buys a membership. His son, Junior, lives with him. Both John and Junior can buy firearms on the membership. Junior’s friend Ralph, from school, cannot buy firearms through this membership.

8. By ordering firearms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to own firearms, and that such ownership or purchase does not violate any Federal, state, or local law. Additionally, once the firearm ships, you are the owner. If you are denied during your NICS check, you may not return the firearm. You must arrange with your local FFL to dispose of it. Most FFLs charge a small fee to perform a transfer. WE DO NOT PAY THIS FEE. Please arrange with a local FFL to handle your transfers and pay the fees.
